DMCA Policy

Radio Station respects the intellectual property rights of others and complies with the provisions of the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). This policy explains how Radio Station responds to claims of copyright infringement.


1. Reporting Copyright Infringement

Radio Station reserves the right to remove content without prior notice if infringement is suspected.


3. Counter-Notification

If you believe that content removed from Radio Station was removed in error or misidentified, you may submit a counter-notification. Your counter-notification must include:

  • Your physical or electronic signature

  • Identification of the material that was removed and its previous location

  • A statement under penalty of perjury that you believe the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification

  • Your name and contact information

  • A statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the appropriate court and agreeing to accept service of process from the original complainant

Upon receipt of a valid counter-notification, Radio Station may restore the content unless legal action is initiated by the original copyright owner.


4. Repeat Infringers

Radio Station reserves the right to restrict or terminate access for users who are repeat copyright infringers, in accordance with applicable laws.


5. Third-Party Content

Radio Station may broadcast or display content provided by third parties, including music streams and embedded media. All trademarks, copyrights, and intellectual property rights remain the property of their respective owners.


6. Good-Faith Use

Submitting false or misleading DMCA notices or counter-notifications may result in legal consequences. Radio Station expects all parties to act in good faith when reporting copyright concerns.


7. Changes to This Policy

Radio Station reserves the right to update or modify this DMCA Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.
